FAXXXK ... I called these pigs and especially this particular people just hung up the phone.

I reported to them that my modem is malfunction because the Power LED Switch is not litted.

Unifi b****: Are you at your computer sir?
Me: Nope im outside and i wish to claim for new modem under warranty.
Unifi b****: Is it the Router or another device
Me: The D-Link Modem
Unifi b****: That's the Router
Me: ok
Unifi b****: Is it one light or all the light?
Me: sometimes one light and sometimes all the lights are gone.
Unifi b****: Which light?
Me: The power light and sometimes all the lights not litted. Ok lets not confuse thing. All the modem light is gone.

.....dut. ..dut... hung up by her.... till now no follow up at all.

Settled my first bill yesterday. Felt so relieved not owing to people money lol. I double check on my payment status via Unifi customer service. Payment still pending cause done it thru pos office malaysia. Will take 2 to 3 working days to get the transaction.

While on the phone with them, I ask about the caps. They told me no such news given yet from the upper management. But according to her, they need at least 6 months in advance of notification then only cap will be valid.

So this means by next year only caps will starts. Looks like when the caps be valid, will will dcc the unifi service lol. I think by then should get all wanted movies already keke.

i tell u all dont sign up with those dealer very slow 1..u direct call tm unifi customer service will very fast..and direct choose the date n no need fill the form..i dy install 2 unifi the installation date not more than 2 weeks...its true...

I signed up directly with TM UNIFI cs because they called me up 2 weeks ago but i only decided to sign up yesterday. They told me that their installers work 24/7 but my installation date earliest is only Apr 23 lolzzz

hey guys, i been calling them like 3 times and every calls i made, the waiting time is 7 minutes and i cannot afford to wait for someone to pick up as the phone bill is runnning. Still i can't get anyone to pick up the call in the Techician Department. If call charges are applied for these calls, what do i need to do now since i will be paying for such nonsense and illusion service provided by TM Unifi.

I expect them to call me back as previously the guy operator said someone will called me. I plan to TERMINATE this service is they are not helping to solve my problem and waive the fees for this new installation which is now about 1 WEEK.

when you want to call any hotline. do it in the morning. it will help you with the waiting time. trust me, i did that all the time (astro, tm, etc)

After 30 minutes i received this email from UNIFI. I have to compliment them for this if Redza really took note of my email . Mean time, i see light now.
