Hey guys , I subscribed to unifi a month ago with someone, installation and everything was fine but I don't have my service ID to log into the unifi website and pay my bills.
I don't have a registration confirmation slip either, only the unifi acceptance form they gave me during the installation. Do I have to go to a TM point ? It's kinda far so I'm trying to avoid this option. This post has been edited by Mikeshake: Mar 8 2011, 03:17 PM |

My unifi was down 3 days, I call them and they fixed it on the 18 th. on the 20th down again ! I finally got the line this afternoon and they fixed it wth is happening ? |
