hey sifu's' , i have some question .......
i am considering to buy a flashgun , supposedly sb600 since is it cheapest and it support most feature i wanted .... FP , CLS , etc ....
but SB600 is discontinued now , i am not sure what i should do ...
1) hunt for the remaining sb600 (not sure if the price is still on the high side since supply is low now)
2) save some and get SB700 (considering if sb600 is rm800 and sb700 is rm200 more only? )
3) save even more and get SB900 ??
i am going on travel soon , wish to have a flash gun so some moment are nt missed

QUOTE(pikipiki @ Jan 26 2011, 02:01 PM) But problem with that 45 degree is that lens with maximum aperture 3.5 above give you result that is very hard to read whether there is any front or back focusing. Also, 1.8 aperture sometimes can give you soft image thus it is even harder to tell about the focus issue. Try to do the battery test if you find yourself unable to judge the focus problem. Alright thanks bro . Thanks alot. See this fri or sat i try to post up my test , then need you to help me judge haha QUOTE(nicky1112001 @ Jan 26 2011, 12:55 PM) AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G,can i sue that for my d3000?how this lens??ok? Yes it can autofocus on D3000 which does not have built in motor inside. Good for DX format.

It has build in motor that means it can auto focus on d3000.. It take good and sharp pictures too! Plus it has wider angle compare to 50mm. d3000 f1.8 This post has been edited by kaiwoon: Jan 26 2011, 03:47 PM

Guys, as mentioned 2 or 3 post back, to know a lens has problem or not, can use focus chart and the battery test. How to check if the newly bought body or flash is in perfect condition then? Planning to get Nissin Di622 MarkII, but don't know how to know if there is any problem with the flashgun. Spam the flash in full power and see the recycle time? Or usually flashgun has no problem at all? Thanks.
