If firearms made legal here like in US, you can bet each of this paintball player will have the actual weapon that they're having now since those markers and stuff are not cheap

IMO save a bit more and get 35mm F2. Its a better lens then 35mm F1.8, seriously.

Yeap everything works just like a real weapon, just it shoot's paintball pallets instead of real bullets. Those who play night games even have a NVG and thermal goggles
