Sorry la bro. really I go trough each main section of my manual but none of them saying if it is overwrite-able
as it you can boost the sharpness, saturation etc etc.. it will shorten the long time of PP. tongue.gif

The battery test is quite accurate itself, but for more precise results, always use the focus chart and shoot at 45 degree(measure with ruler to make sure that it's really 45degree  tongue.gif )

Hahahaha, this is what i plan to do But got other better way lar.. Can i agak agak 45 degree can d.

Wide up your aperture. let say the maximum aperture is 1.8 then adjust it to f/1.8 , Which mean set ur camera to Aperture Priority mode.
Set the Autofocus system to the AF-S
Set the AF-Area mode to Single Area
Make sure your focus point is at center. I mean the red dot in viewfinder.
Metering mode , any mode will do
But betetr if you got tripod lar make it 45 degree then focus on your focus test chart.

This friday try go penang see and test how.

Good day!

I just upgraded from d3000 to d90 last week ..two of my friends are using d5000 and they keep telling me that their d5000 is almost same as d90.. shocking.gif

i dont really care what they say because i know what i can get from d90 than d5000..even though my friends started in photography earlier than me.. sweat.gif.. But never stop learning rclxms.gif

But i mean seriously? if compare with the picture quality and the outcome..is it really the same?
I realised my picture taken from d90 is better than d3000 in term of sharpest and looks better using kit lens..hmm..or just because its d90 hmm.gif

of course image quality from d90 would be better than d3000. it's a different sensor. however, d5000 and d90 are using the same sensor. so they should be the same.

Yes u can. and I guess that's a better choice to pair with a body without AF motor. 35mm f/2D is certainly better choice (plus it's a full frame lens) but it doesn't have AF motor. There are couple of forummers using 35/1.8, u could try to check back the thread for some images (or wait for their coming spam shots) smile.gif

But problem with that 45 degree is that lens with maximum aperture 3.5 above give you result that is very hard to read whether there is any front or back focusing.

Also, 1.8 aperture sometimes can give you soft image thus it is even harder to tell about the focus issue.

Try to do the battery test if you find yourself unable to judge the focus problem. smile.gif
