I have a kiara residence 1 FOR SALE. uNIT IS LOCATED ON THE 10TH floor,type c(1454 sq ft) facing KLCC,at block C, nice hse no. Pls call Mr Ng 0165190095 for info.(OWNER) P/s Property agent pls refrain from calling as price does not include agent fees.Net Net to purchaser. |

RM 524 psf is quite a fair deal at KR1 dy since surprising that demand is good but owners want to hold till VP next year. I was informed 2 units was booked at RM 542 psf. I dont believe and the agent shown me the signed booking form. But 2 units cannot proof anything until more transactions done. It was well above my expectation. I only predicted max RM 500 psf max for this KR1. |

Just passby KR1 after minum with friend at Hailam kopitiam. Taking this pic and sharing with bros here..still hot from oven.

The exterior of the project is considerably acceptable but the interior quality especially the common area is quite disappointing.
