What I meant is, condo around Happy Garden is only a bit cheaper than Kiara2, 380psf and 400psf. I didn't mean Kiara2 is a bit cheap. Anyways, looking at the property prices now, I think Kiara2 is really priced fairly considering it designs of facilities plus the LRT factor. And Kiara2 is the 1st to reach the new access road of the LRT station. That is a plus point too, no?

The price is a bit on higher side after the August adjustment (about RM430/sqft). Frankly speaking, we are still waiting for UOA project which support to launch soon but there's some hiccup which need to hold slightly longer. Once launch I will keep you informed on first hand la so you can sapu the units like sapu bakuli.

yeah noticed that too. it's quite impressed by their speed level. started way behind the Z Residence but now seems like on par with them. kudos to the developer.
