Bro, have you join the Kiara Residence 1 & 2 Facebook yet? All latest update is there, after establishing Kiara's FB, most members have been actively engaging discussion there.

The meeting will be held at Bukit Jalil Sales Office 6/09/2013 11 a.m. Just update yourself constantly in case any changes. biggrin.gif

Please enlighten 630K - 650K for how many sq ft? Even if there's increase in RPTG, owners will factor that into their selling price. Don't think you are able to dispose your prop before VP thus no one able to answer this question.

Not sure if able to command 550 per sf yet, if yes then all owners will be laughing to the bank. The last I heard from bank valuation is around 485 - 495 per sf, still a handsome profit margin.

Cosmetic issues can be settled with enough funds, I'm more concern on the quality of the building such as water proofing, building materials etc.

Results will be back in a few weeks time after owners perform inspection. Let's see.
