I read from this forum people have done it before. Something like they enter into an agreement which will only take legal effect after VP. But the monies will have to be transacted first. Sounds like risky business to me. smile.gif

I guess you can, but very often suing someone is not the solution. If for example the owner has already bankrupt and the property is now taken over by the bank then certainly he can no more honour the S&P.

Because lowyat forum is just one property forum, it is not the defecto property forum or gathering place where everyone goes to. In other words, there are many people out there who buys properties without coming to lowyat forum or any forums.

KR1 units is quite few, they are mostly sold to people with connections.

So they managed to retained the condo name. And also the postal address appearing in a politically neutral way.

How about the unit number ? Is it following what appearing on the S&P or it has to be changed according to bomba convention ?

The house number is different from S&P.

When you want to sell, the future buyer will wonder, are you selling your unit or the neighbour's unit ?

I don't know how it's done and how it could be done.

Basically a stamped S&P cannot be amended in anyway. Not even fixing a typo error !

Maybe some extra document will be furnished.

Based on historical data, it seems Bukit OUG is more worth it.

3 yo ago Bukit OUG was less than 50 % of it's current market price, ie more than 100 % growth. I think KR1 has not reached 100% growth from initial purchase price.

Will the trend be maintained ? That's the key question.

There is one Nathan corner Indian (maybe its mamak) shop in Bukit OUG. Also there are other restaurant as well. Within walking distance.

So far I have never been blocked from accessing Bukit OUG. So if you stay in KR1/2, going in Bukit OUG for common folk dinning is practical.
