is normal for newly completed condo closed at RM500psf.
Even Serdang area, I see some are asking RM500 psf now ??
So we are moving to high income nation very soon..
everybody are millionaire, either owe it or own it...

Bro, hard to say. Its level 1-2 dy now and one floor only 8 units and Tower 1 and 2 only takes 16 units each floor. They just take average 2-3 weeks per floor like how they up the KR1.

The developer wanted to finish this ahead of Rimba Residence, so not surprise if they could deliver it on time and VP by end of 2015, bcz Tower 3 would be few months later on.

Quick or slow, I am ok either way. If can slowly.

The swimming pool looks good. Outside building look so so, didn't know inside looks okay.
