Looks like very near to the LRT!!!
I ask the agent, he mention 3% pay for Booking and also for S & P because they have 7% Discount. Anyone would like to form a JV? |

last time I went into that area to look see, personal opinion:
1. Bad accessibility (future things future talk as we know, in Malaysia anything can happen or not happen... ie. LRT, propose highway, etc.) 2. Neighbourhood not so nice - looks very chap 3. Extremely high densed - check the total units in that area with other condos but the design quite nice also... anyone have any info on the developer? any past projects? etc? |

Bukit Jalil is so hot.
Even Green Avenue, old condo which located near to Kiara Residence also can rent for 1500 with 1000sqft, fully furnish rent up to 1900. After LRT buid, it will be appreciated more. Looking at the design, 360 units and 11 floors, this condo would be comfortable. BBB? |

1400+ sqf = rm500k!!! wow!!! if ppl cheong, i think they are not looking at things in perspective... the only advantage would be 'near' the 'future' lrt station... might as well buy one of the units near an existing lrt station... won't hit that type of price... |
