QUOTE(endanger @ Jul 19 2011, 02:01 AM) Hi Kiara Residence buyers. U should shop more as -2.2 for under-con project is deemed to be on a higher side. Some of the banks should be able to provide -2.35 or -2.4%.How does UOB's loan package differ from AMbank's package for this project? Or they have no differences at all? As I know, panel banks offer standard rate of BLR-2.2%. UOB tenure up to 40yrs. How about AMbank? Which is better? Thanks and pls share your view |

QUOTE(MaiGehGeh @ Oct 12 2011, 11:05 AM) you same agency with WildHorse? I don't know white horse except the ceramic manufacturer of white horse then I know lah.actually im quite interested in UOA projects, but bullet is my only concerned ( economy not beyond my control ). sapu sayur i boleh lar tapi bukan sapu rumah. To my understanding, this UOA project will facing the back highway of Maju Expressway so means the exit might be different fm Happy Garden. Hope they could improve the traffic there or else with the completion of Seringin,288,Gembira Condo & Avenue, Art-E then it will be a nightmare for the residents there. Ok, back to the topics on Kiara, hope they can sorted this out the current issue in order to facilitate the next launching of Kiara2 which I'm still having the interest. |

I think they started fast but seems stuck at this level for quite some time. Hope they could boost this one up faster soon.

QUOTE(homeSeek @ Sep 2 2014, 04:55 PM) I have been looking for a condo/apartment at area like Bukit Jalil, Sungai Besi and Kuchai Lama since 2 years ago. As a first time buyer, I am quite cautious in choosing property. It must have a balcony, low/mid density, traffic not so terrible like puchong/cheras properties, 1000+ sq.ft., 3 bedrooms, not so crowded like old klang road, and no cemetery or heavy industry nearby. I think Kiara Residence meet my needs, hopefully can get one before gst next year. I think your calculation might be wrong as basis on your income your instalment amount should be higher. My gross salary is 8400, divide by 3(the simple way to determine loan affordability that my friend teach me), so my max monthly instalment would be 2800. I will be zero commitment at this November after I settle my car loan. Base on that, I guess I should afford a 550+K property. Hope sifu here can give me some advise. serious buyer here, agent/owner, if you have units to let go, please pm. thanks. Take your nett income after minus all your commitments and the balance you x 66% (means 2/3) which your loan instalments can go up to that amount. Let say your nett income could be 6800 (6800/3 x 2 = $4533) so $4533 is the amount of instalments you can loan. Why don't you take a look in iproperty? There is quite number of agents that advertise there. |
