U should shop more as -2.2 for under-con project is deemed to be on a higher side. Some of the banks should be able to provide -2.35 or -2.4%.

The price is a bit on higher side after the August adjustment (about RM430/sqft). Frankly speaking, we are still waiting for UOA project which support to launch soon but there's some hiccup which need to hold slightly longer. Once launch I will keep you informed on first hand la so you can sapu the units like sapu bakuli.

I don't know white horse except the ceramic manufacturer of white horse then I know lah.

To my understanding, this UOA project will facing the back highway of Maju Expressway so means the exit might be different fm Happy Garden. Hope they could improve the traffic there or else with the completion of Seringin,288,Gembira Condo & Avenue, Art-E then it will be a nightmare for the residents there.

Ok, back to the topics on Kiara, hope they can sorted this out the current issue in order to facilitate the next launching of Kiara2 which I'm still having the interest.

I passby there at least twice a week and the progress is truly impressive.

I think your calculation might be wrong as basis on your income your instalment amount should be higher.

Take your nett income after minus all your commitments and the balance you x 66% (means 2/3) which your loan instalments can go up to that amount. Let say your nett income could be 6800 (6800/3 x 2 = $4533) so $4533 is the amount of instalments you can loan.

Why don't you take a look in iproperty? There is quite number of agents that advertise there.
