Few agents called me last week and asked for my interest for disposal/rent, the price now is btw 630k and 650k at the moment, any idea on the estimated future price appreciation since there is a MRT station and pavilion 2? However, due to government control in the near future, the price appreciation surely will be impacted. Any friend here has disposed your unit? Kindly share your comment here, thanks.

Don't think you are able to dispose your prop before VP thus no one able to answer this question.

The quotation you have is for how many square foot mate? To standardize what is the market price per sf now, has anyone perform a sub-sale yet? I still think the value should be close to RM550 per sf due to the developments around the area and comparables, any opinions on this?

Just wondering, has anyone being approached by the agent for renting out their units in a Kiara 1 ? Example for unit 1050 sqft
