Haha. Definitely bcz the name of Kiara already established and sounds a lot nicer. I dont mind the name of Kiara changed, bcz it was a bit of Mont Kiara wannabe. Most owners unhappy with the wording of Desa like kampung. But i like Desa Park City name.

I heard a group of owners will go protest with DBKL and there is a meeting btw KR1 owners and developer this coming 6th September.

Good luck to KR 1& 2 buyers.. maybe need strong people to help, get teresa kok she pau this area

Bro, have you join the Kiara Residence 1 & 2 Facebook yet? All latest update is there, after establishing Kiara's FB, most members have been actively engaging discussion there.

The meeting will be held at Bukit Jalil Sales Office 6/09/2013 11 a.m. Just update yourself constantly in case any changes.

Few agents called me last week and asked for my interest for disposal/rent, the price now is btw 630k and 650k at the moment, any idea on the estimated future price appreciation since there is a MRT station and pavilion 2? However, due to government control in the near future, the price appreciation surely will be impacted. Any friend here has disposed your unit? Kindly share your comment here, thanks.

Please enlighten 630K - 650K for how many sq ft? Even if there's increase in RPTG, owners will factor that into their selling price. Don't think you are able to dispose your prop before VP thus no one able to answer this question.

The quotation you have is for how many square foot mate? To standardize what is the market price per sf now, has anyone perform a sub-sale yet? I still think the value should be close to RM550 per sf due to the developments around the area and comparables, any opinions on this?

Not sure if able to command 550 per sf yet, if yes then all owners will be laughing to the bank. The last I heard from bank valuation is around 485 - 495 per sf, still a handsome profit margin.

There is already a lot of bidders at RM530 psf for 1050 sf, i think RM550 is achievable due to high demand for the area.
