Market price as of now is 485 - 495 per sf.

i was expecting it to be 550-600 per sf with all the developments ongoing

Its true.... Desa Jalil Condominium, really jatuh standard a bit once heard it. Probably Kiara's name quite prime due to mont kiara and wording of Residence looks better. But DBKL shouldnt totally changed the whole name if they not comfortable with the Kiara name.

DBKL treated this 300-500k+ houses as medium cost apartment and name it Desa Jalil without consulting developer and not bothering the purchasers who signed the S&P. . Lol.

However, I feel Desa Jalil sounds better than Seri Jalil, another low cost apartment name but the houses are expensive and keep up up up.

DBKL very funny. I think there is something behind to make the things settle.

They put the 58200 poscode, its fair since this is Bkt OUG area. Ask then why postal address no OUG or Bkt Jalil? DBKL said not confirmed yet.

They put a word of Jalil into the condo name, Desa Jalil. This is not Tmn Desa or Danau Desa or not Bukit Jalil, yet rename it Desa Jalil. Why not OUG Jalil?

The road in front of KR1/2, they rename it Jalan Jalil Perwira 1 and LRT new proposed road could be Jalan Jalil Perwira 2, bcz its linked from Jalan Jalil Perkasa aka 1/155 and consider it as Bkt Jalil's road, which to be confirm by 2015 or after the road opened.

For the floor number, Lvl 3A rename as Lvl 4. Unit number 3A maintain 3A. Common.
But, they restructure the whole unit number where No 1 must be the first unit next to the lift from left onwards for Bomba easy reference. Very nonsense.

I think they much confuse themselves than us. Lol.

hope they could get other better name instead of Desa Jalil.. really sounds like medium/low cost apartments like the one behind KR1 & ZR..
