QUOTE(K3nnYkl82 @ Sep 7 2011, 03:04 PM) MAX 510km for 48L I get about 15.5km/L on highway drives (at 130kmph) and 13.5km/L in town driving on my 2003 Toyota Vios. So at current fuel pricing its about RM0.12 for 100% highway.48L (Ron95) = 48 X 1.9 = RM91.20 RM91.20 for 510km = RM 0.18 / KM .... 48L (Ron95) = 48 X 1.9 = RM91.20 RM91.20 for 700km (HW) = RM 0.13 / KM Where got RM0.11 or RM0.06 / KM .. u tot hybrid meh .. you cant even calculate properly |

QUOTE(ckk125 @ Sep 7 2011, 09:04 AM) what is the kurb weight of the forte 1.6? wondering why the people here always compared car with different CC one real world performance, the cvt will allow the 1.8 inspira to maintain at 6k rpm and the 4 speeder will be constantly hovering at 4-6k rpm. that performance loss is worse. here are the comparison for the 4b10 and the gamma 1.6 cvvt torque curve. i think we can see which has more torque at lover revs is better for town driving. look at 2k rpm, which most of us will be at in town 1.6 how to compared to 1.8?1.8 sure got better low end torq and power la bro why not take 2.0 compared to 1.8? |

OBTW,so fast people selling off their FORTE already? And I thought you guys say resale value not important? Only when you sell ur car ,then only you feel it yea! Thats why the price keep dropping until its so cheap ,then only can get the interest of some buyers...LOL.. And a 2009 Honda City iVtec is still selling for RM75,000 upwards..Ohmy,I just love JAP cars! If I hadnt bought my Honda CIty,I would have bought Inspira 2.0.Just love the engine! Fantastic! Well to be fair to Forte owners, the lack of interest in buying a 1 yr old 2nd hand car could also be due to fear. Most of the ppl who sell their cars within the first 3 yrs do so because of accidents. That fear is increased especially if its being sold by 2nd hand car dealers instead of direct owners. We will have a better understanding of the Forte resale value once we've passed the 4 year mark since the launch when there are more 2nd hand units up for sale. OBTW,so fast people selling off their FORTE already? And I thought you guys say resale value not important? Only when you sell ur car ,then only you feel it yea! Yes the Jap's surely have better resale value. My 2003 Toyota Vios is still going for about RM 42K (original price was RM 74K+) despite being 8 years old. |
