It seems M-City have been promoting really well in Singapore, few months back 2 of my Singapore friends called me to enquire about this project but turn down upon knowing the density including projects nearby.

By the way, arte new 1000 units project is behind mah sing and just beside elements. Preview launch 28 sept. 700 to 800 per sq ft. Habislar that area...3000 units. Thos who bought elements who face klcc will bang ball now. They will be facing this new residence. shocking.gif

Hheehe. I have to be honest. I am an element buyer. My prophercy came true. Thats why i only bought the cheapest and lowest floor that time.. Kekeke. Now no difference in terms of view between my unit and "klcc" view. But i bought it the cheapest coz the lowest floor. Lol

Staying in condo is not a bad option. Better security in a way.

The population is growing every year. Ppl need new homes.

Ppl staying in old houses will want to move out to new areas such as this area, which is so near city centre. Jalan ampang is jammed yes but then where isn't?

High density? Look at hartamas lar. Concentrated like nobody's biz. But still got ppl buying. I think more Malaysians will buy n move back in this area as their incomes grow.

Younger gen mostly prefer to buy or live in condo, easier to manage. Demand def there.

I am checking this info thru Ho Chin Soon's map (given free at iproperty fair), apparently the proposed MRT station nearby is under MRT line-3 (circle line) and not the current on-going-construction MRT line-1.

And I am not sure when will MRT line-2 start, not to say abt MRT line-3, and not confirm on the route also..
