Mah Sing just announced the land acquisition of land few days ago. Yesterday Mah Sing announced issuance of another round of BONDS.

For now, probably they would have to pay 10% deposit for the land... until few more months. They also need shareholder approval for the land acquisition in coming months.

In the meantime, they need people to register their interest first.

the 1,800 units is giving a competitive nature to this project, thus could surpress the rental yield in the longer run

having said that, I do understand there's an "influx" of demand from foreign/local companies around this tun razak area

in the end, most buyers would be tempted because this is a "close-to-KLCC" type of development and offers one of its kind lifestyle concept in KL

How come i da gong zai in MNC oil and gas and oilfield services (world largest sumore) cannot even afford RM400k home wan?? Good credit record sumore.

I studied accountancy in Aussie top uni (which costed a fortune during my time) then joined Big 4 audit few years then in MNC oil/gas finance doing tax aso no pay high wan? I now applying for CPA Australia after just completing it. But ppl here say work oil/gas or accountant high pay or whatnot, but not me at all wor??? Not even my entire field people. Please help me lah...


(so I've to change to earn other income then only I can be how I'm today, but my point is based on normal routine o/g job why cannot dapat so much?...)

If we talking about salary, then 120k is alot of money. Beat Ah Jib Gor or Teresa Kok or Khalid Ibrahim flat.... well as per their declaration.

One thing my CEO doesn't even make that much money. Die lah..
