QUOTE(bigmamma @ Dec 13 2012, 04:08 PM) elements is just next to m city but so far away from lrt while m city is near? sounds funny, doesnt it? shopping wise, elements residents prohibited to go meh? just walk a few meters away only. concept wise, yes m city is better. but does it justify almost double the cost of per square feet? imho, no. for rm1200 psf, i might as well target klcc. |

QUOTE(bigmamma @ Dec 13 2012, 06:29 PM) Fren, Element is not exactly next to MCity. Pls go and check out and future LRT is definitely nearer to MCity. My office is just opposite MCity. ya lor. elements is not exactly next to m city. in between got some roads, small empty land. oh i also forgot got some small stones in between m city and elements too. the other day also got some lorries and cars in between elements and m city too. LOL. LRT maybe nearer to M city. yes. but thats like saying my left eye is nearer to my left ear compared to my right eye. the diference is so littleThis post has been edited by AMINT: Dec 13 2012, 06:44 PM |

QUOTE(Princezz @ Dec 13 2012, 07:47 PM) Personally I think MCity is more superior in location and facilities. Minus the price, I will definitely choose MCity. Unfortunately the price has shot up faster than Elements since launch. Congrats to those who have bought during preview. If I am not wrong was only RM600+psf. Duplex was especially attractive. If not mistaken it was rm800++ psf and that was SOHO, mind you. can u really compare SOHO and service apartment? Imho, it is not apple to apple. Try checking other developments that have both service apartments and SOxO. really a huge difference. I think we should compare both service apartments in both elements and m cityThis post has been edited by AMINT: Dec 13 2012, 09:04 PM |

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Feb 12 2013, 03:42 PM) How do you know they are not making more than USD120k? From news? From internet salary report? The figure is the figure they want you to see, how much they really earn, only themself know. Got bro. Based on report top most CEO earners in malaysia. I have seen it before but for 2011 if not mistaken. |

Not RM100K bro but USD120K which is RM360K/month. Huwaaaaa. Huhu
QUOTE(bigmamma @ Feb 12 2013, 05:13 PM) Not only your boss but most of the CEOs of very well paid financial institutions do not get RM100k salary a month, variable bonus is different. If you perform, you get average 4-6 months bonus. If you don't do well, pray to God as you will get a below expectation letter which is like warning. If you get 2-3 years below expectation letter, be prepared to be sacked. Don't talk about owner CEO like Teh Hong Piaw or Nazir. For sales guys, if you tell me they get more than RM100k in some months when they successfully close big projects, I agree. But if you tell me his salary is RM100k a month, it is quite unbelievable. Like you say, earning RM100k a month, cannot get loan of RM400k, hee hee...apa ini? If you get Rm100k a month, pay cash lah. |
