i also thought so but i called the salesoffice they said end of 2015.
how much it will appreciate from the price now selling at rm 1200 to1300 |

They are still property within klcc that is shy of rm1k per sq ft and mah sing selling at rm1.2k to 1.3k is definately overweight.
Even 328 by tan & tan recent launch was at rm900 per sq ft with better finishing and a much better location. Hampshire across the street is still hovering around rm900++ per sq ft. |

if mrt 2 is confirmed near m city. definately it worth rm 1300.
upon completion they are saying it could reach 1700. |
