Personally I like the location - right at the end of Jln Ampang where access to KL (I think the distance to KLCC is acceptable, Duke Highway, MRR2 and Ampang Hilir is quite central. Plus it blocked the view of Arte & Elements. Those who bought the units facing the Jln Ampang will have the view of the scenic Ampang Lake.

The land beside m city under mrr2 bridge seems to be empty. Anyone knows any development?beside the Chinese temple.

Is already 23rd floor for block 1!!! Anyone knows if the proposed MRT is confirmed or is only propose? |

from Ampang to Sentul is under MRT3 phase 2, 2020-2030 plan. don't think it will have much implication to this project in short term
