Despite all negativities such as price psf n distance relative to other developments in KLCC area, strongest feature is the landscaping & retail elements in this development. Brand name is next.

Thinking of getting one unit since there are easy ownership plans offered. Had a brief read of this page. How many regular taikors here invested?

I suppose i would be comfortable with a studio for investment. They still have a few units at lower floors (cheaper) when i checked during CNY. Perhaps taken up by now?

Unit i eyed was on 11th floor going for RM588K before rebate. I believe the rebate is 10% minus RM8K upfront paid by purchaser (so rebate here would be RM50,800), something along those lines.

Another difference would be more units under soho block as opposed to lesser units in serviced apartment block. Cant think of any big differences, u'd have to ask developer.

So worth to invest? Assuming a furnished 500sf +/- studio with carpark going for RM700K upon completion, would you buy? Im still not convinced.

Revisited showoffice at Icon on JTR earlier today. Just a few units left (506sf, 10xxsf). Comes with carpark. There's still the RM8K upfront payment promo with DIBS n 10% discount. I noticed they also had this promo on mother's day. Apparently there are some prizes up for grabs tom (if you buy that is).

Third block will probably be launched in July and prices psf will be higher than current blocks.

Price psf is damn expensive but it appears almost fully sold.

Any others bought lately n what's your views peeps?

Just bought unit, 506sf, lower floor for rental purpose. Current package is better than previous package of Rm8k upfront, provided u qualify for loan. Those who bought now would save rm5k.

Theres 2 units left of this size. Others r bigger ones.

Only last few units? Still out in paper.

If want to go in now, does the current package any big big difference by comparing to like 1 year ago?

I like to be an optimist smile.gif

Staying in condo is not a bad option. Better security in a way.

The population is growing every year. Ppl need new homes.

Ppl staying in old houses will want to move out to new areas such as this area, which is so near city centre. Jalan ampang is jammed yes but then where isn't?

High density? Look at hartamas lar. Concentrated like nobody's biz. But still got ppl buying. I think more Malaysians will buy n move back in this area as their incomes grow.

Younger gen mostly prefer to buy or live in condo, easier to manage. Demand def there.

Hi guys, just wondering is Block 3 was delivered on time, no delay and LAD?

Ya was also wondering when Village Grocer was gonna open. Is it open?

Still waiting on the proposed LRT stop nearby, hopefully (as they promoted earlier). Anyone has any news of this?
