i m sure......but so far for these cutting edge highrise by MS...have not seen a finish built one....

any iconic MS highrise that are built????

Judging from the picture, the location will just sit right next to 2 flyover. The Plaza Ampang City is a dead complex and not to mention Risda building.

plaza ampang and risda is undergoing redevelopment next year...

And i just realise that this project is just almost side by side with "The Elements" http://theelements.com.my/ So which is the better buy for investment within 3 to 4 years time..??

Mah Sing just announced the land acquisition of land few days ago. Yesterday Mah Sing announced issuance of another round of BONDS.

For now, probably they would have to pay 10% deposit for the land... until few more months. They also need shareholder approval for the land acquisition in coming months.

In the meantime, they need people to register their interest first.

Worth to invest? I think I rather wait for a couple of years then only decide. Subsales might be cheaper during that time if our property price going for a round of correction.

hmm..looking at the location, not so keen actually..price wise..i believe will still have slightly adjustment..as what normally MS ppl do..hehe..

dis whole area will receive a skyline shock with an evil-ish looking tower
