Heard from the sales person from the showroom said Taiwan side took 100units and all the sky suites of M-city before it even launch. And he did mention that quite a number of reputable brands will be coming into the mall.
he did mention rental minimum should be able to fetch 4.5psf. And if is SOHO unit even better as this area do not have much office around. How true is this? Anybody care to share? |

Rental psf for element is roughly $3.5psf for small unit. What can we expect from m-city? How's the rental demand in element?
