Block 2 VP obtained end of April i believe.
MS called me for details, they will make LAD payments for approx. 3 months based on my SPA date and price (counting 44 months from SPA date)...luckily there is LAD payments. |

Hello taiko2,
On the S&P, which part of it says the date that we supposed to get the house? All my documents are in Malaysia and I am working abroad. My mum could not find the date on the agreement. This article just came out from The Edge....the final block will be handed over by end of this year...impressive take up rate tower 1 & 2 fully sold, tower 3, 92% sold...very impressive indeed...who say this project is a failure?
