I really think it looks great, gives Ampang "point" area a landmark.

Actually that's what the sales person sold me on the project. In future, everyone will refer to MCity as the landmark. Especially anyone looking for Elements, Reizz, Astoria and Arte will mention MCity and continue by saying it's behind it!

Block 2 VP obtained end of April i believe.

MS called me for details, they will make LAD payments for approx. 3 months based on my SPA date and price (counting 44 months from SPA date)...luckily there is LAD payments.

any idea when can collect key for block 3 ? Helping my aunty to check it out...called the office the sales said feb nex year.

The multi-tired garden still work in progress. Perhaps will be completed only after CNY.

From the lighting at night from MRR2, M-City occupancy seems good.
Block 1 about 70%, and the newer Block 2 is about 40%.

For the tenant or resident :
1. How's  the broadband connection there? Is TIME broadband available?

2. With more residents and tenants occupied the unit now, how's the quality on the maintenance of the facilities?

All are good signs that more people will live or hang around here. Wish there new restaurants or pubs around here.
