In the coming months, there is little surprise if new completed unit having market value lower than buying price. I guess more people will sue developers for not meeting up market price later and the reason could be :: no MRT station, no supermarkets, lousy workmanship and etc.

Specs is quite decent, from selection of wall tiles, to flooring, laminates, switches, centralized and ducted air-conds (2.0 + 2,5 hp), sanitary wares, ceiling height, balustrades, shoe-cabinet in store-room Etc. No need to extend / cover the void area, very nice as it is. Facilities very broad, 4 levels of sky-club with mini-cinema.

This is after 48 months, no RPGT is to flip now? And yes, the owner collected 48K into her account on the 3rd day after the VP. Very decent for own-use as a work and play place. Doubt now is whether can deliver the 4 acres of hanging garden. Those facing behind may be a bit disappointed with the oasis at the moment. I did not post the pics here but the Plaza Ampang City is an eyesore.

I am purchaser of mcity at level 7 facing jalan ampang. I am really regret buying this unit infact with very poor quality from Mahsing.

The unit is full of mosquitos and ants everywhere. The balcony is not yet complete and it does not have roof. I feel very disappointed with quality of workman ship. They rushing to VP and delivering without completion.
I could see the unit not ready for VP.

Now I heard they going to fix canopy as a roof. Do you guys aware if any drawback having canopy as roof ? I feel it is going to be look like very cheap.

I guess those who bought level 7 facing jalan ampang are most impacted. I would like to know if any owner at the same level facing the same problem as mine. Please do PM .

Received the keys to my Block 2 Unity Type C last weekend.

Thought the bedrooms could benefit from a 5 inch extension as the living room didn't have to be that large. Similarly, the kitchen area could benefir from a 3 / 5 inch extension as it is a little cramp. Unfortunately the kitchen tabletop is mounted onto the wall. Besides that, the unit was in pretty good shape, requiring only minor paint / patch up fixes. Heavy construction is still ongoing in Block 3 and so parts of the building will require touching up / fixes due to chipped / dirtied walls.

Was told by MH staff that majority of the property owners are foreigners (i.e. Singaporean, Taiwanese, Chinese etc.) however most of the existing tenants are Middle Easterners. Personally, I do not have an issue with this but others might feel otherwise.

The facilities are great as there is a squash court and a bouldering area. Notwithstanding that, can't help but to feel a little disappointed with the small swimming pool. Given the high density of the building, I can imagine the pool area being packed to the brim. The gym was surprisingly large and spacious and i appreciated that there is a marble countertop and lounge areas in the gym for socialising/winding down post workout. All in all, quality of the facilities were top notch. However, I do wonder how the facilities will hold up given the high density, post-extensive usage.

So yeah, pretty happy with the condo so far!
