Can you post pic of your unit as well?

I bought a unit in block 3 end of last year.
When I passed by last month, I am skeptical whether they can deliver by this June.

Maybe fellow owners here can share some pics from time to time.

Please also share the contact for curtain and furniture shops where we can go and do bulk buy or something then the cost will be cheaper.

I dont think phase 3 buyer will get LAD because the date is always follow when you sign the agreement and running for 4 years.

Anyway thanks and we should keep each other contact ( I saw another owner ace77 who posted the pic as well) for future in case setting up of JMB and etc.

There will not be any date. It only mentioned as xx months from the SPA date.

The 25% already in place since last year. The best promo was during last CNY where buyer gets additional 8,888.00 discount on top of 25%.

But the price also gone up more than 8,888.00 since last year else bank will not approve loan if not valued properly.

It is not based on block.. it's based on the land title. So whole development should be residential.. unless those commercial unit then different rate.

I remember when I saw the parking plan, there are allotted space for visitors. I bought one extra parking lot as well to anticipate the dilemma if friend come and visit but don't have parking which also make it easy for me to park if I happen to rent out to people
