I cannot agree with you more. Both me and my hubby were very skeptical about the place after seeing the unsightly facet and the negative comments in this forum. We collected our duplex keys yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised right from the lobby area to the unit itself to the facilities. I really like the view especially from the swimming pool floor....wide angle view of the lake. Infinite pools are relatively big, yoga room, very nice and professional meeting rooms and board room, rock climbing and sky gym which has a special section for female. I was also surprised by the good quality electrical appliances they gave. For the price we paid (slightly more than RM600psf), we are very satisfied. The next hurdle is looking for tenants. Hope there are people looking for small office and want to stay as well, fit the SOHO concept.

Better still if they cannot deliver on time then you get LAD like us. I believe they will do a good job for phase 2 and 3 like what they hv done for phase 1. Phase 1 was delayed largely because some structures in the common areas like the circular roof on top of the swimming pool was difficult to make. At least when your unit is VP, everything will be in order. Hopefully by then we see retail tenants coming in. There were some pictures of duplex unit posted earlier. They are really quite similar. All the best.

Personal comment, carpentry work not up to standard. Take note on window and air con ledge door all the rubbers. Tiles lots of chip off. Overall must wait till rectification work.

On the S&P, which part of it says the date that we supposed to get the house? All my documents are in Malaysia and I am working abroad. My mum could not find the date on the agreement. So appreciate if you can help me. Thank you guys.

Also I can only claim the LAD after 24 months I signed the S&P agreement?

Just pass by, noticed that the shops are all clean up liao..."for rent" sign up liao...ready for business....just can't wait to see when will be the first shop open for business....I remember someone had posted here claiming this place is dead and those shops will be empty for decades...with a "S" at the end! Let us see....

Mine Soho Duplex under HDA residential title and residential rate.  Please take all these excludes all those retail outlet units.  As far as i know, all SOHO, Studion in M City under residential title as MS had applied and obtained as well. If you are owner, you will have the SnP agreement to based. However, if you looking for subsale, please check owner SnP copy.
