I just called Nova Century Development, the construction company that in charge with M-city. The guy said the construction has not been stopped. It is because of the holiday so construction is slow. The holiday not even started! I think the guys was just bluffing.
He will consult with his boss about the notice to stop the construction and once i hear from him i'll update you guys. Hopefully everything will be okay since i bought a unit there...

On the S&P, which part of it says the date that we supposed to get the house? All my documents are in Malaysia and I am working abroad. My mum could not find the date on the agreement. So appreciate if you can help me. Thank you guys.

Also I can only claim the LAD after 24 months I signed the S&P agreement?
