In my case SPA Nov 2011, 44 months delivery, so shld have been delivered in July 2015. Just pass by, noticed that the shops are all clean up liao..."for rent" sign up liao...ready for business....just can't wait to see when will be the first shop open for business....I remember someone had posted here claiming this place is dead and those shops will be empty for decades...with a "S" at the end! Let us see....

Came across an article on M City in the Star today....it was mentioned Village Grocer is the anchor tenant in their retail shops...earlier someone posted is a bluff...let us see, shops yet to be opened, hope it won't take decades to open!
