OIc .. I thought they will ask me some question to double check. Impossible that just ask me  got apply or not then end my call right. They shall do more verification on the spot like what card I apply, holding which card right now, and more abit leh. 1 question ask then end call .. I feel not right for a customer service to do so.
So it's good customer service if they ask lots more questions? What cards you're holding, how much are your limits, what's your mother's name, etc, (even though they have all this info) to make you feel more important? sweat.gif

Don't be offended.. I just don't understand the logic, that's all...

Ya, will look into it... but the service tax has been charged liao...

May be next year baru cancel ba... I don't think they will revert it since they mentioned in web that once tax is debited, no reversal is possible.

I think you can use the TreatPoints to offset the RM50, right? MBB will give you back a credit of RM50

Guys,
One quick question..let say in my Mastercard Prepaid I have RM100, can travel agency charge more to the card, say RM150 ?? Because I need to pay a surcharge for a hotel that I booked thru them..The reason I used prepaid CC is because they need the CVV number for transaction...

Trying "utilise" OCBC Titanium 0% Interest until 31 Dec 2010.
Here's my scenario

Statement Date: 15 Oct 2010,
Amount Due: RM10000
Minimum Paid: RM500
1. No Interest is charged on RM9500, right ?

Statement Date: 15 Nov 2010,
Amount Due: RM10000 + RM9500
Minimum Paid: RM975
2. No Interest is charged on RM18525, right ?

Statement Date: 15 Dec 2010,
Amount Due: RM1475 + RM18525
Minimum Paid: RM1000
3. No Interest is charged on RM19000, right ?

Is the above 3 statements (1)/(2)/(3) correct ?
We should settle all outstanding before 31 Dec 2010, right ?

That's my understanding as well. Settle entire Dec statement balance before Dec 31 to get Dec transactions interest-free

And you are asking in the wrong thread.
You are using Debit card and this is a Credit card thread. Credit card means you are able to pay later ... I don't think it is right to call it prepaid cc as this is misleading.

SCB promotion. But as I see the T&C for the cashback eligibility, there are some points to note:
- Your acc must be in good standing (as usual)
- Any retail transaction from 1-Nov to 30-Nov (posted by the merchant and received by SCB)
- Max capped at RM50 (Principle and Sup share the same)
- Cashback credited by 30-Dec
- Valid for the addressee of this letter only (So maybe it’s not a general promotion, but we will see whether SCB will advertise it at the end of this month or not in their website.)
