so far no call yet from bank, shall I call them and ask if my application on process?

SHE said my Titanium application was unsucessfully

so who shall I email those documents to appeal?
because when I apply, the lady in bank told me just pass her my CIMB Gold card, which have RM7,000 CL, without any EPF / payslip.
