Firstly, report to Card Centre at once. The bank will issue new card, whether charge you replacement fee or not is up to the bank. The new card will bear new number, as such you need to update all the standing orders with new card details (card number & expiry date).

You can request the money to be refunded into your bank account instead. This happened to me just a few months ago with Air Asia.
November 2009 - bought 3 tickets from Air Asia using my HSBC VISA

May 2010 - trip canceled

June 2010 - requested for a refund. Was told it will take up to 1 month. Told the staff my HSBC VISA that i used to pay for the tickets will already be canceled then. She said they will refund into my bank account instead and i gave her my account numbers.

August 2010 - money was not in yet. Filed a complaint.

late September 2010 - money refunded to my bank account. Money came from Citibank. Citibank has got to be Air Asia's clearing bank then. Can imagine just how happy Citibank is. Must be one big fat account 

Up to 45 days approx. Some people get theirs approved in just one week. Some waited for 1 1/2 months ...
May be you can try to call them tomorrow or Friday. You can find out the status of your application with just a call to their credit card centre.

One quick question..let say in my Mastercard Prepaid I have RM100, can travel agency charge more to the card, say RM150 ?? Because I need to pay a surcharge for a hotel that I booked thru them..The reason I used prepaid CC is because they need the CVV number for transaction...

is it a good sign when ocbc agent call the office to verify the requestor? because i submitted my application with payslip and my salary is lower than min requirement. so if they want to reject me based on salary, then why call my office at 1st place?
