How can we check whether we entitle to cashback ?
Or can we call to CS to ask ?

If Ambank surprisingly approved your cc application, then you receive a statement containing RM50 GST, you come to here and blahblahblah curse the hell out of Ambank.

One question ...

If I lost my CC, what will happen to the standing order of that CC?
Do I have to sign the standing order form again?

Firstly, report to Card Centre at once. The bank will issue new card, whether charge you replacement fee or not is up to the bank. The new card will bear new number, as such you need to update all the standing orders with new card details (card number & expiry date).

Yeah the Alliance Visa is banned from overseas transactions. Alliance MC's rate still looks ok
*
I noted you mentioned few posts back that Alliance MC overseas rate still ok. Told my wife to go get her own Alliance MC Plat since she has PB banking with them (she has 5 supp cards from me, so when she go buy her stuffs with her own card she won't hear me nagging how expensive the things are when I see the statements, ahaha) and this will also help her build her own Credit History. I kind of like Alliance because of their evergreen reward points and cash back capped at RM800+ per annum.

alexwsk: Airport Lounge for RHB Plat - 4X a year at KLIA, LCCT and Senai. 4X access share with supp card (i.e. Supp card also can enter free).

Meaning you can transfer any outstanding amount from another bank's CC to 6-month repayment period with no interest charged. It's like a term refinancing.

Pls be informed that the said Balance transfer is subject to minimum transfer amount of RM2000. And, it is only for new-to-bank cardmember.

HLB's info on their website seem to be contradicting.
On the HLB Basic Savings account says it's 50sen for first 2 transactions
On the HLB IBG page says it's 50sen (didn't mention no. of trxn)

I had this account. First two IBG in a month done online will only be charged RM0.50.

That's not true. I had Hong Leong Bank Basic Savings Account and they do not charge annual fee for their Basic Savings Account ATM card. EON Bank is the one that charge ATM card annual fee for their Basic Savings Account.

First two IBG done online in a month will be charged only RM0.50 for Basic Savings Account. Not sure what is the charge after the limit. They used to charge RM2 for IBG for all normal savings/current accounts but look like it's been revised down to only RM1.
