so far no, btw they got a big gold colour sign hanging on top saying it's for gsc eonbank card holder only..which gsc cinema did you encounter this?
QUOTE(cannavaro @ Oct 17 2010, 08:38 PM) To EONBank GSC card users, have you encountered people who line up at the gsc eonbank concession counter and pretend that they don't know the counter is only for those with the card? This post has been edited by rayfoo: Oct 18 2010, 08:50 AMHad another experience yesterday and it's really annoying because they're slowing down the queue. After turning away a few customers without the card, the gsc staff announced loudly 'excuse me, this line is only for gsc eoncard users' yet some still try to talk their way out of it. I've seen the staff giving in a few times, fella had to go to another counter to register the purchase. |

hi, i had some time to drop by Wisma Hong Leong, I got my savings accounts converted to BSA on the spot, and was issued with debit card. Once I got home, i login to my hlb online banking, it still show savigns account , so i removed the account, and readd the saving account number again, now it shows as :
Account Type : HL Basic Savings Account The lady even asked me how i know of BSA, is it I am working as their vendor or SI Btw the free smartag for the touch n go zing debit card is only for the first 60 every month NATIONWIDE... QUOTE(rayfoo @ Oct 21 2010, 11:53 AM) |

complained to the bank officer just now, their call centre give misinformation, i asked about the tng zing card is actually a different card, the call centre told me is 1 card only , no visa card obviously they dont know the other card is a debit card not credit card...the bank officer asked me for the staff name , since i dont remember n/mind...anyway she mentioned turn over is high, so staff not so well trained..they also mentioned zing card can get on the spot, but again wrong..they will post it to you..

as i know using tmonline services with other card b4, they dont support mastercard securecode or verified by visa function, so they won't ask for your OTP or password in my case, u can try with GSC online it supports this function, OTP is over the phone if you choosen this option
