so far no, btw they got a big gold colour sign hanging on top saying it's for gsc eonbank card holder only..which gsc cinema did you encounter this?
QUOTE(cannavaro @ Oct 17 2010, 08:38 PM)
To EONBank GSC card users, have you encountered people who line up at the gsc eonbank concession counter and pretend that they don't know the counter is only for those with the card?

Had another experience yesterday and it's really annoying because they're slowing down the queue. After turning away a few customers without the card, the gsc staff announced loudly 'excuse me, this line is only for gsc eoncard users' yet some still try to talk their way out of it. I've seen the staff giving in a few times, fella had to go to another counter to register the purchase.

i plan to close my HL savings account and open a basic savings account and get the debit card together with the debit card with tngo, does hlb allow conversion from savings to BSA? as i asked before for CIMB , they dont allow this, you have to open another account
QUOTE(chemistry @ Oct 21 2010, 11:27 AM)
How could the Officer say the account has been successfully converted? She said she checked through HL database wor...I asked for a clear explanation from the bank, and not forget to tease HLB's incompetence.

i'll update you ,if have time will drop by hlb today biggrin.gif

QUOTE(chemistry @ Oct 21 2010, 11:50 AM)
Yes, HLB does allow account conversion from regular type to basic type. However, I doubt Debit Card is available under BSA, because BSA only offers free ATM card, not free Debit card.

hi, i had some time to drop by Wisma Hong Leong, I got my savings accounts converted to BSA on the spot, and was issued with debit card. Once I got home, i login to my hlb online banking, it still show savigns account , so i removed the account, and readd the saving account number again, now it shows as :

Account Type : HL Basic Savings Account

The lady even asked me how i know of BSA, is it I am working as their vendor or SI sweat.gif

Btw the free smartag for the touch n go zing debit card is only for the first 60 every month NATIONWIDE...

Are you charged any fee for the Debit Card?
If Debit Card for BSA is free of charge, I gotta tell all my friends this great news.

the answer is no charge just checked...but then i already paid for my saving account atm fee previously if got ( can't remember ), since i do just an account conversion logic says they will only charge me upon the annual renewal time..end of year ?

QUOTE(chemistry @ Oct 21 2010, 09:05 PM)
The investigation is simple. Maybe you should check your transaction history, debit card fee will be reflected if applicable. If the fee is not there, then it's free lor  tongue.gif

as i know using tmonline services with other card b4, they dont support mastercard securecode or verified by visa function, so they won't ask for your OTP or password in my case, u can try with GSC online it supports this function, OTP is over the phone if you choosen this option

QUOTE(lara_ @ Oct 29 2010, 11:07 PM)
Any idea how OCBC Titanium securepay work? Does it send OTP to our phone?

I notice when I pay bill at TMOnline, no OTP is send to me although TMOnline support securepay.
The transaction just successfully completed.

QUOTE(persistence85 @ Oct 31 2010, 05:20 PM)
Anyone of experienced working in banking field staff here tell me whether i can apply other credit card from CIMB or Standard Chartered or Maybank with my existing Eon Bank credit card with RM4,500 credit limit. I am currently using my Eon bank credit card for 2 months only...

My question is, can i apply for other bank credit card although my Eon Bank credit card is not more than 1 year old?

Thanks!

Hi, did anyone know that for Direct Access, swipe for KFC during weekend entitle for 5% or 10% cash rebate? Because I saw from DA website (http://www.directaccess.com.my/index.php?ch=43&pg=116&ac=369&bb=4453&tpt=cimb_da) should be entitle for 10% while my credit card statement just shown 5% cash rebate...
