But finally the the topic is over is a good news to all buyer. Future any one will consider this developer project?

The FACTS are:
1. developer planted a special clause in SPA to screw buyers to avoid paying LAD if project delay beyond agreed deadline

2. developer staff brought Mr Lim to wrong floor

3. after VP, owners not allowed to enter the premise until CCC is issued

4. CCC date still unconfirmed and could well exceed the 6 months from VP (defect liability deadline)

3. Many projects are delay...Empire City Mall, MYEG headquarter building, etc, etc

Now tell me, what is your view about this developer based on the above FACTS?

Well, im just referring that he went wrong floor. i never point on others matter...wrong floor means wrong floor...thats all.
somemore you r not the one bought their units, what you worried for actually? Now i more worried Mr Lim wants to help but cause him deep shit ...

I don't even want to reply to his childish statement and was eating popcorn & watched this tread flourish.

This apprentice sometimes say like he not related, very neutral one, too young to comment, 'I tak Tahu' and then suddenly talk very gungho about the mistake of owner/visitor to wrong floor & say wrongly accused the developer.

As I said earlier, no one would be in the wrong place if not cause by someone else.

Show me mockup for what? my gosh.... for syoik sendiri, imagine i at my unit & assume VP issit??

a whole lotta poo gonna surface, and each institutions will do their level best to cover line. Especially AHEM... harimau. Heads gonna roll for sure. No electricity and water also can VP... now this is what I call Pure VP!

"Learn" new thing from non-HDA project from this developer..

Can VP lower floor with CPC without CCC, upper floor still have ongoing construction.. Developer really win liao.. sweat.gif

The developer people were the ones who showed him the place.

And the conditions of the units were as lousy as abandon project, the developer person himself is not even shocked or surprised ? Or is that look totally "normal" and "VP-able" to his customer ?

coz malaysia got a lot of ppl think like you until become boleh land,

kena rape also scare to voice out and hope tomorrow will be better day,
that why developer can be more and more greedy and buyer can just shut up and accept what developer give,

we have to stand up and fight for any non justice case in Malaysia for a better day

don't like MCA in BN just take what leaking from BN and shut the fk up,
