Assumed developer is launching 250sf miki mouse house unit for EC2 with rm500psf, I think EC buyers would forgot his/her bad experience and Q for it.

I knew some lawyers are claims can win the legal case for non Schedule H property. They would collect rm800 upfront. I never heard lawyer can won the case, with such loose spa clause.

The piece of land behind EC is own by them too?

Why don't they sell it and focus on the current EC

When VP time, developer representative will bring buyer to his/her unit. The unit is locked. They need right key to open the unit door. I don't thing Mr Lim went to wrong floor. Most likely, he and his friend or agent went to see mock up unit of hotel suites, after the VP unit inspection. Mr Lim is not a buyer, but may be potential sub sale buyer. Otherwise, he will not kind to view the unit. rclxms.gif

From day 1, Most buyers are aware that this project would be cowboy style of management. They wouldn't deliver 5 star of property. I would said 5 star building design concept, 2 star quality. Btw, no developer can undertook 23 acre commercial development in one phase.

This developer got money. But money spend somewhere else. Obvious lah. If no wind, how the tree shake. If developer really sibeh gud, it will never turn out like this Liau.

As for the SPA clause, that's pretty obvious lah. That's why when someone say got lawsuit, I keep waiting to see or hear.
If simple thing like "bring to wrong floor" edi create so much chaos, if really lawsuit then can't imagine how edi.

Popcorn ready. Show dunno when start. Hopefully they collect money fast fast and really go fight in court.

LOL. Even if no Mr Lim incident, who wants to buy something that has no CCC , cannot move in, cannot start renting, and had to start paying installment...? And the CCC date is God-knows-when. Whatever it is Mr Lim or not, buyers are screwed, until they eventually get their CCC

You guys make it sound as if that guy went up the building all by himself and looked for an empty unit without any representative accompanying him. It's either Mr Lim misheard about the mock unit or the rep brought him to the wrong floor. I'm not talking about intention here.

SPA clause 24.1 is designed to protect developer from LAD by handing over incomplete and inhabitable units to buyers....this fact remains unchanged and likely would happen to other buyers of Empire Residence, Remix and Pinnacle. Thanks to Mr Lim to whistle blow this

project delay should be the no.1 issue for the developer...seems all projects are behind schedule and cashflow would be under increasing challenge

you will surprise if you visit any lift @ the under construction building, they do not have proper buttons like the normal lift actually. some are really only stick paper on each buttons, i remember last time in ED thts a bangla sitting in the lift 12 hours just to help u press buttons.

If mr lim can provide the pic of the lift button then we can investigate that further, haha....
