Aiyo, I m not lawyer lah... don't tell whether conned by developer, what is in SPA... I m not inspector lah... don't tell me the reason lah, discrepancy lah... I m not Architect or Engineer lah.. don't tell me whether how to define CCC / VP lah..
As a layman purchaser, can you accept your developer handover the unit in this condition? If you will happy with it, then means you r with developer... If you not happy with it, then it's sucks.......
