if you notice to the left of the Penchala link highway, you can see they are building a connecting bridge from Mariott Hotel (Lobby front) to the Penchala link highway. I just noticed today when I drive under the bridge from Mofaz towards the underpass.

I just noticed today when I drive under the bridge from Mofaz towards the underpass. I just noticed that also. Is it they are building another exit direct to penchala link? The current access will not be able to handle the traffic in front of damansara perdana. Nowadays also quite jam already. Just imagine if all use the tunnel want to go EC... QUOTE(icemanfx @ Jan 7 2016, 10:15 PM) So until bank tell borrower/buyer to service dibs interest payment, all is well and nothing to worry. If I recall correctly, the bank still only recognizes the buyer as the party responsible to pay the interest. The buyer will get a letter whenever a drawdown is made and also a statement every six months or one year - as a buyer/borrower, please check to make sure developer is paying interest on time. If developer does not pay the interest, the bank will penalize the buyer, then the buyer has to sue the developer for not complying with their obligation, as stated in a letter to buyer, which is separate from the Sale & Purchase Agreement.

Hopefully all is good, and will ccc soon. The developer was late in making the final DIBS interest to the bank and UOB automatically increased the interest by 0.5%. I had to write in to the bank before they reduced it back. But I have lost my only chance of getting excused for late payment. next time, the interest rate increases permanently, from what I understand. This EC purchase experience is a very good lesson about how a developer's good track record is so important. Then again, they had a good reputation in 2010 because of the success of Empire Subang.....

almost residential project (residential title)got hda, almost service apartment (commercial title )got hda, actually soho got hda but!!!! some developer(salesman) just take office unit to pretend as a soho unit to sell . why developer need do this?! because all residential project(residential title) got a restrict of ratio unit/acre in specific area. BUT in commercial project (commercial title), they do not got this restrict they can build or divided as many unit they want.
today, many developer tend to change title from residential to commercial just because want to build more unit and make more money.
if you buy a commercial properties, safe > not safe service apartment > SOHO > sovo sofo office..
