Empire Damansara got no APDL ?

Rental unable to cover the loan payment for empire if you take 20 years as some bank treat ED as commercial property.
The last I did was 691 sqft Soho3 purchase at 405k. But cmv is 420k. Owner letting go at cheap perhaps.. |
