Sigh. Pity those who bought it for own stay. But I am somewhat optimistic about it being done up. Don't they have a HOTEL attached to it?

and to cap it all their leasing team still damned sombong and say their company will be one of the richest in MY, boss one of the top 10 in MY, have alot of blabla that is first and unique in MY. well. at the moment they can keep all those + the problems to themselves...

I think Empire took ER project funds to helping EC previously....
ER progress only about 20% but they have claimed till 70%....

Eh I pass by just now see big banner say congrats to newly vp units collect keys la. I also saw a few workers, sitting beside big rolls of cable chillax. I can see plants growing, how come so early landscaping if prop not done?
