Lets see if the commercial area will be better or not.. The residential around the commercial area is created to ensure a steady human traffic into the mall and to attract shops/businesses to lease from Empire.

Imagine that part of Damansara Perdana, the dead end part with only 1 access road, where would the "crowd" of shoppers be coming from??? Furthermore, there is IKEA/the Curve only less than 1KM away.

p/s: I have vested interest here not as an owner of any units but because I would like to see more makan choices around that area. : )

Any possible negative impact of DASH on empire damansara as the exit of ED will then be affected by the construction of DASH.

Upon completion, will the flow-on traffic of shah alam area bring further congestion to the exit of ED??? goodness me!!!

Agree with u. 1u looks jaded n old liao. But to do well against 1u, the few keys things will be ample parking , a good supermarket like aeon, great f n b selections , cinemas.

Just went to empire damansara last weekend, only a few shops worth patronising while the rest of the restaurants there are empty. Hope the new empire city will manage its tenants better and not suffer the same fate.
