over at Empire Damansara, greedy MEH resells the electricity to the units at higher rate than TNB commercial rate. at first i was puzzled why the electricity bill came from MEH and not from TNB. upon checking with TNB, was told that TNB bills MEH for electricity consumed while MEH bills back each units at higher price. MEH becomes reseller of electricity... thus, making profit from electricity! WTF. got my meter adjusted in protest!

if not mistaken is around 50sen per kwh which need to be paid to the management. it is much more exp even compared with commercial rate. really good revenue for them

They already changed the rate back to follow the TNB commercial rate since 3 motnhs ago in ED, but rate is 1 issue, and the "accuracy" of MEH control metre is also another issue.

Hopeless.....

Any idea how much is d new rate?

over at ED, we can verify the meter reading as the meters are at each floor and the door to the meter room is not locked.
