Provided they pay. ED they paid then claimed back certain late payment interest due to bank's late disbursement. Also amount was small n not large number of units. This EC so many units...i think drama ll come.

Nothing new. Same things happened to Empire Dsara. VP..no ccc for 6mths or more after vp. Called to arrange keys ll take forever after u settled everything at office. U jus couldnt reach the person who in charge at site to arrange the time. Yes...the persons i called also swear the developer in cantonese u dont want to hear. Haha. Call x3 till dunno how many weeks n months baru managed to get the keys. N common area not ready..even lifts not ready while taking ur VP. Likely u r using service lift with lift lobby floor tiling pun belum buat. Go into ur unit u see gold nuggets or tea stains with smell. No cleaning b4 vp. No water in the unit..aidoh. Also all cabinets need to be replaced so u wait long defect to be done. I.e 6mths or 9mths cannot move..be it ownstay or to rent. I was shocked to see the facilities floor fucking hugh floor without fence omg. My foc bed also moved away from the contractor who pangkat with agents who help other owner to arrange tenant. Then u hear all horror stories on the lifts, cp serious cracked till cannot use, tiles fall in toilet, leaking after few yrs still not fixed. Fucking crazy. Enjoy the craziness and hope u get the fruits in the end. ED lucky supplies not many...this EC is massive...bloodbath is coming.

Waste gas le. Lol. If u buy from Meh n Mayland...this is expected. I have seen ppls won in the court against Mayland and yet they still not recieved anything yet....so many stories...make all investors gave up (not that we didnt try) and move on....

ED buyers made more than 50pc gross profit. Monoland quality is much better than Empire....i wont say Monoland is good but surely not as pariah as Empire la.

Ya.. myreal then FLY investor group then wtf....the main man F behind now a prop guru....he is giving talk everywhere... lol...if ada chance maybe can ask him on the spot infront of all students about this EC... the maiden project he tried to sell via agents' units. Old prop kaki all know about this.Having said that, if EC can complete, i believe can fly but now it is all. about completion risk. Please dont abandon, it will eyesore to PJ folks for many many years. Kampung kerinchi is at risk if it is abandon then collapse.

The huge mall is no joke. Cannot compare with ED at all. N mall etc all by themselves...not to say the other office blocks. Not surprise...office block buyer may get cheaper than myeg now
