thanks for the friendly reminder. appreciate that. i've studied the google earth history images and apparently the nusaputra township area already reclaimed for nearly 10years+. do you think its strong enough now? anyone with professional experience as structural engineer background that can shed some lights on this? that would be more helpful for future buyers to ease our doubts.

I am a structural engineer and used to live in precinct 1, bandar nusaputra for 2 years. I have given my thoughts in LYN. You may want to look into it. Nevertheless, this is just my personal opinion as there is no test being conducted as to verify my statements.

1. Nusaputra under which Majlis?
How is the relationship so far between Nusaputra residence & the Majlis ? Is it good or bad or none?

2. This area is under which Parliment seat / DUN seat?
How is the relationship so far between Nusaputra residence & the DUN/MP ? Is it good or bad or none?

3. This area is under which Polis station?
How is the relationship so far between Nusaputra residence & the Polis ? Is it good or bad or none?

4. This area is under which Bomba station?
How is the relationship so far between Nusaputra residence & the Bomba ? Is it good or bad or none?

Any idea?

i dont think its a silly question to ask about the relationship with those authorities.

in some area/community, i have seen them (the residence/etc) invited polis/bomba/etc to take part.

doesnt mean gated community you are isolated from the outside community.

just to make sure i dont end up living with 'katak bawah tempurung' or 'couldnt be bothered' or 'apa aku kisah' kind of attidude.

hi, i'm spazio owner, just collected 2 sets of keys, still inspecting and waiting them to fix the stuff. Then can collect 3rd set and CF will be issued. This is what they said.

However I am ultimately frustrated with the developer as the loan interest funds are not bank into my account yet for 2-3 months. Very slow process. Their this so called zero-interest during construction is really like tipu la.. buyer have to pay to bank first then claim from them, however the claim takes months and months, holding up our money. I really feel want to scold bad words.

As I am first-time house buyer, I wonder how does other property's zero-interest during construction works? is it buyer have to pay and claim too?

Anyhow, when I went to collect my 2 sets of key right before CNY, I did a quick inspection of the house. So far is not bad, very minor issues only. No major issue, so quite relieved.

Now just hope they fix up everything fast and the developer to pay me my claim, then i will start doing minor renovation and stay in very soon

I am also a spazio owner. Your unit must be the one facing the Grande row. I bought a unit facing the behind and just went to collect my keys last Sat. Can you imagine that the finishings are not done yet? I am so frustrated and practically went off without inspecting anything.

Just wondering when you bought your unit as I am not aware of zero loan interest during construction. Would you mind to elaborate further? When I bought my unit in August last year, I was not made aware of the zero loan interest scheme.

Also, is there any avenue to complain about non-completion of the house after collecting keys?

i'm also spazio owner. i collected the keys but the house is totally not complete!

Alot of defects and incomplete jobs like toilet leaking, laminate flooring not install, air cond pipe not install, ground floor aircond pipe is not compatible for 2HP aircond, the location to store the aircond outdoor unit is not enough to install 2hp outdoor unit, no power point at washing area, roof leaking, the dining area fan point not at center and is not able to install any ceiling fan, WC and Basin not install yet, tiles cracks, lighting point at kitchen is not at center and many more.

Actually i need to hand over my current house to the new buyer but too bad the Developer still cannot complete my units. I really disappointing with them. They should pay the interest as per their promise until they really can hand over.

I think we should gather and have a meeting with the developer to ask for compensation!

I am also the spazio owner, same case, unit not complete, the interest owe me 6 month until now not yet pay! First time buyer here, just wish to ask how come after we collect the key the house still not complete? Support the meeting to complain!
