the same problem to other house purchaser also.. today we think it's good buy.. 2-4 years later.. something happen and good become bad.. and also there are people saying "why la you buy that house".. 2-4 years later.. they say.. "should have bought it earlier"..

but the worst part is when people like to say to the unfortunate buyer... i told you so.. as if.. they want it to happen.. well the same thing to those fortunate buyer.. they will also say.. i told you so.. whistling.gif

only time will tell.. of course one should done due diligence before making decision and after that pray so that God Bless Us.. wink.gif

buy for own stay to me is ok as long it fits your budget and fulfill your requirements..

this month spazio owners are busy inspecting new house..

the price for new house in nusaputra is expensive already..

i suppose the zero loan interest during construction is call Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS).. normally what the developer do is they jack-up the price and cost-in the interest.. shakehead.gif

i suppose when they hand over vp.. they can claim certain amount from bank.. i've asked from buyer from previous phase (amber) also same issue.. hand over but not complete.. anyway.. now he's happy coz he got buyer that is willing to buy his house 150+k more than his buying price.. but it is still less than 3 years since his purchase.. so he hesitate to sell and would like to stay there for sometime..

important thing the developer will fix asap your defect.. but still i don't fancy handing over vp but still not complete..
