i suppose the zero loan interest during construction is call Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS).. normally what the developer do is they jack-up the price and cost-in the interest.. shakehead.gif

Hi , I am also one of the Spazio Owner. They owed me 4 months Interest too. And I think they shouldn't charge us the RM 80.00 when we took the 2 keys cause we can't even stay in why should we pay the RM 80.00 for the month. It's not our fault.

I strongly agree we all meet up the sooner the better. I am suggesting this Sat (11.02.2012) either morning or lunch time to discuss our next course of action. I am planning to write to the developer, the architect and Majlis to voice my greviences. It would be good if I can get more supporters.

I have also joined the Persatuan Penduduk Bandar Nusaputra Presint 2 and I suggest all to do the same. They already have a community website up hosted by Teamlab but it needs to be activated by the admin. If all of you wants to join, please send me your name, unit number, road, email and contact number via email to cheongjk@gmail.com and I shall get you all your logins.

Great to know I'm not alone in this fight. Teamwork is always stronger.

What a great community u guys are creating. Absolute good work and as a property owner, very glad to see the aggressiveness of this to set up such meeting to request developer for a solution they suppose.

1. Calm down.
2. Feedback should be highlighted to the developer directly
3. I reckon the idea to meet up with them and discuss the matters.
4. Find a win-win solution to this - invite the authority if necessary

Whatever you mentioned here stays forever and I remember sometimes back in 2009, Nusaputra community already making a headlines during prime time news.

Pro: you will get attentions from media/developer/etc
Cons: potential buyer will shy away from this area and your house value will drop

only 3? ex-rhu owner over precinct 1... i remembered the good old days when bandar nusaputra precinct 1 has an excellent community!

Hi Ben, my house is the one on the right of your house and we met last Saturday and you and your wife talked to my gf. Nice to meet you, sorry for not having the chance to talk together with you guys as I had brought my friend to give advice on renovations.

I am surprised that you didn't get the zero-interest thingy, maybe if we meet next time, I will bring along the Spazio brochure. However, the developer may have different sale package during your purchase period and could just be promotions at the time I bought my house, which was somewhat during Feb-Mar 2011.

so far the community are ok for both P1 and P2 with some minor hiccups here and there .. i think that is normal la right... for the bomba part..at the moment there was no incident so far, but the police will do some suprise rounds but not that regular since we have our own security... P1 and P2 did have some break-in cases, one each . Just FYI, the land for NusaPutra P1 at least was from ex swamp, converted to Palm oil and only then re-claim for hse development. Not from re-claim mining pond, that was Aman Putra. and Some part of putra perdana.
