interesting from all the post regarding Nusaputra.

I have personally bought a unit of Spazio at Presinct 2. I'm quite concerned if these hearsay or watever are true. If it is, it would be disappointing as this is gonna be my permanent first home.

1 thing i would like to ask is that, when will ever the interchage/road to the MEX highway be fixed nicely? I read in forum and blog that it has been 3 years already this same condition.

Sigh, I really don't know wat to say. Felt like bought wrong house and $$$ fly

well, i prefer to stay in a gated community residential area to any opened residential area. there are just too many break-ins every now and then. for those who experienced in making a police report at our local police station, you will know that the police are overwhelmed with the frequency of break-ins and very little efforts are carry out to solve these cases.

the same problem to other house purchaser also.. today we think it's good buy.. 2-4 years later.. something happen and good become bad.. and also there are people saying "why la you buy that house".. 2-4 years later.. they say.. "should have bought it earlier"..

but the worst part is when people like to say to the unfortunate buyer... i told you so.. as if.. they want it to happen.. well the same thing to those fortunate buyer.. they will also say.. i told you so.. whistling.gif

only time will tell.. of course one should done due diligence before making decision and after that pray so that God Bless Us.. wink.gif

buy for own stay to me is ok as long it fits your budget and fulfill your requirements..

I live in nusaputra precint 1 for almost 4 years already. The 'tanah mendap' thingy did happen, the management did repair almost all houses for free but yet after half year its start cracking again.

Find out there is no major piling installed in precint 1 houses.
However, i like staying here because if it is very convinient and near to major cities. I can use nkve to subang-klang-damansara.

Its 15min away to KLIA(130km/h driving tongue.gif), to Bukit jalil technology park maxis meet client is very easy, wanna go for shopping in KL? No prob for me as well.

On weekdays especially rainy days it would definately heavy traffic in kl. So i took KLIA express located 5-8min from nusaputra, its putrajaya sentral to be exact. 20mins journey to kl sentral hehe.

And one last thing, its very peaceful here.

Dont know much about the future development but worth it for me. Just bought one house in precint 2, the design are quite catchy.

Dun be bothered wif bad comments fr outsiders who dun live in ur area.

As long as u r happy staying and fit ur budget it's OK.

Furthermore, there r not much land left in KV, this location is not bad after all.

To be honest, the location of Nusaputra is good, the house is nice, but the tanah mendap problem is true as well. So stay away from this Nusaputra, dont put yourself into trouble. If you like the location, Amanputra is next best thing.

To all prospective buyers of Bandar Nusaputra units,

Despite having to read all of the comments over here, you are advised to view the property condition yourself prior to making any decision. smile.gif there are many people over here with too many opnions. They have their right to comment and you have yours to ignore them. don't be despair by their comments. smile.gif

Bandar Nusaputra is built for those who work in Puchong, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya as well as USJ. For those who are working in KL is not advisable to stay in Bandar Nusaputra as it is situated 38Km away from KL via MEX.

i just came back from the sales office. for spazio, most likely vp will be issued after CNY. developer are doing their final touch up to the unit now. i saw they are busy installing aircond piping, put up grass, etc and i am very impressive with the built up. sangat BESAR and i personally think this is a GOOD buy for Cyberjaya/Putrajaya people. the main junction to the sales office already 80% completed (with traffic lights rclxms.gif )!

wit property market on the rise, it is definately a good buy. landed properties within 10 km radius are experiencing good capital appreciation regardless of land tenure status.
