I think its a disaster to buy a house which is sinking, I dont think that because of foundation or because of renovation of the house and the house is sinking. I've seen 1 of the house at Nusaputra there, the car porch is sinked abt 4-5 inches.
i've read 1 of the comment above saying that its becoz of the removal of the pile makes the load distribution change. if it is so, why its not sink at the supporting pile, while it sink at the other side?
there must be some problem with the mining land there. think twice.

I've seen the sinking carporch at 1/1b, 2/1d. isnt this 2 jalan is enough to tell the soil is soft there? and please explain why the house is cracking the whole way round? 4 dimensional cracking.. you must be one of the agent there.. and to boost your market.. you must have buy few lots there if u like there so much.. please dont make others into trouble.. our hard earn money is not to endanger with such kind of houses..

i check the house closely, and i saw everywhere is cracking in the house.. and the owner had already fix it.. but i think the outer is fixed.. and i dont think the owner is fixing the inner side.. living hall crack, kitchen crack, master bedroom crack.. 2 small room crack.. everywhere is cracking..
and the most common thing is that the roof is leaking... i've seen 4 houses at nusaputra and everyone of the house must encounter the roof water leaking..
so i think the house quality is really in poor condition..

i have seen quite many house too... and its located at jalan 1/1d, 1/2d, 1/1b, every house encounter roof water leaking.. and some house experiencing bad crack.. and sinking of the car porch too..
I dont really know much about precinct 2, coz its out of my budget, so didnt make a survey.. and i heard the quality is better...

What type of steel is the best choice? what coating is prefer? how they charge? and please share how much cost you've spent on your house door/windows grill at nusaputra precinct 1. My house type would be begawan type. Please advise.. thank you :-)))
