Not many going to making noise, also not to be forgotten that more than half of Block A is snapped by the internal staffs and their relatives so the actual buyers like you guys which consist of smaller portion only. This is all fake signs purposely created to lure buyers putting their money in and it's not a new tricks.

I heard some said this happened sometimes.
When the developer havent get the AP to launch the project (due to final architect plan belum approved), but they still want to launch cepat and get cash.
The booking fee might not direct paid to that developer but 3rd party such as lawyer firm etc, I not sure how true is this but my lawyer fren said some developer suka do macam ini la.. doh.gif

yes correct... the zr booking fee was paid to their appointed lawyer firm not developer

icic, thats why la..if you see the terms and conditions at the receipt...the T&N is protect developers but not buyers wan..
next time really have to check carefully before sign anything...nowadays..many ppl love to cari LAW LUBANG to protect themself...

Btw, any promotion offer for ZR? like rebate? DIBS? Free apa-apa??

It's written in the lawyer's stakeholders letter. The developer has got the right to increase the price. This is to protect themselves jz incase the approved plan size are bigger than the unit sold.

But normally the the price wouldn't be adjusted.

WHOEVER THAT DID NOT READ THE LETTER PLZ READ

let say tomolo increase from 320 to rm350psf
next smallest unit=1234sf

so a condo at ZR need apprx. rm432K, haven't plus charge per floor.

Montly Repayment need at least RM2000++ if 30yrs.

yeah...rm2000++ just the housing loan installment, if still have car loan, study loan, insurance, and bla bla bla...need to plan and think properly before we make the booking blindly...

no easy to buy a house here, price increase every year..

1234sf *0.2= rm246.8.. and maybe not only rm0.2psf.

Yes. The Letter of Intent to lawyer has a clause where the price is indicative only.

It's too high price for such density n basically
no uniqueness in term of concept.
How to differentiate from others.
Camping?? No need la. But still got ppl
fall in the marketing gimmick.
What is the price to sell to make a decent
profit if min price is 350k.
