if u buy for own stay and expect to drive, it's quite troublesome if u work at PJ or Kelana Jaya...maybe there is a short cut if i dont know..
the place is very far deep inside, the industrial/shop area is so messy, and need turn here and there to enter the area as this moment...
the land is a bit lower down than the surrounding area..not a flat land..kinda weird for me...like a kolam something like that...
and according to the pretty SA, it's not so near to high tension cable, but for me, this is still not a consideration point...

A noob question I like to ask. Does booking fee usually refundable? What if loan is not approved in the end?

booking fee usually in most cases refundable. however, some developers are not allow to refund so better to double check before make any booking. normally in most cases where loans not approved, should be refundable.

Hey Guys.. this is the reason for all the BBB and sticker game... 1 main contribution is the "refundable booking fee" ... so ppl just book without commitment and can cancel later if they want.. Trinity currently (as I understand) still have no ad permit yet (correct me if I am wrong) thus they kenot forfeit ur booking fee... Buyers hav 3 months to think it over before signing SNP.. same tactic as how they did for Zest... I was having 2 months grace period that time before confirm my purchasing... * Sos from a fren who just did a booking semalam...

Don't over 75% salary? Wah...looks like market gonna collapse soon....I think even over 50% is a recipe for disaster.

I went to the site this morning.. takes me long to find a way to the OUG Height Condo. Have to access from the OUG side, pass by multiple old condos... and use the bridge cut through the highway... Then went to their sales office...They show the future roads + lrt will ease the access a lot.. I am quite convinced. My main problem now.. its price n offer??? i have a baddddd feeling..
